Emergencies, kids, work, all these things and more can interfere with the varying schedules you keep on a daily basis. It may feel overwhelming, and it definitely is, but life is chaotic like that. We live in chaos. Chaos theory says there are patterns to all random states of disorder. We keep to a schedule to circumvent that randomness. We also develop physical and mental mechanisms that get utilized to deal with emotional randomness. Though life can be chaotic, you can start to see the patterns we have to create order for our daily routine.
