“Build your own dreams, or someone else will hire you to build theirs.”--Ferrah Grah
Reaching any goal and accomplishing a dream can be stressful as it is. As a person who learned to draw,
play guitar, carpentry work, and quality speech etiquette; I did not find the journey easy. Any objective can be accomplished
or pursued, but without the right structure, it could collapse quickly as a set of falling dominoes.

Everyone has starting point, but the first need to stop being a spectator of our decision making and start being a participant. This is will not be a step by step program on becoming a successful person in anything we put effort into. Just like playing the guitar, it takes time, and patience. Break down ,the goal, into smaller achievements. Have big dreams, or ambitions, and make them more manageable to handle. Keep a list f what we do from the moment we wake up until the last second when falling asleep. Wake up the next morning and remember what motivated you the previous day. Keep a track record, and make your achievements visible. The things we do become pointless if the vision of the goal becomes a wastes; the precious time that we do have. We spend the time we have doing things we don't want to do, but never have the time to do things we want to do.
“Time is what we want most, but we use worst,” said by William Penn.
Applying good habits can only bring good things, which will ultimately work in our favor. Focus on the things at hand. Work a step at a time, and eventually get to the halfway point. The goal is to dream big, however understanding that knowing that meeting your goal is not that easy to accomplish. Everyone likes to cut corners, to find an easier way to do things. However, by making small adjustments in the routine, we can improve the odds of success in the long run. Remember, an undisciplined person can crumble this process with inaction. By removing the temptation of doing nothing in many people lives, we are left with one eventual option, and that is spending the time we have on the things that we truly want to do in this world.
Applying small adjustments into our decision making, having good habits, and being an active participant on what we spend our time doing can make big impacts in our work, and our personal life. Breaking down those ambitious goals into more manageable accomplishments is like pulling multiple spines of books off the bookshelf. It's a set of short stories culminating into one complete story. It's our turn to grab a crazy dream and start to pursue it.
